Member Registration and Browser Compatibility
Details of recent issues affecting the usability of wordofsport.
We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience customers may have experienced when trying to use the site recently. We've been made aware that intermittent technical problems are affecting certain aspects of the site. The specific incidents we've been made aware of are:
1. Member registration
The automatic email with the code to complete the registration process has, regrettably, been anything but automatic. Certain customers have been unable to complete the registration process.
2. AOL Browser shopping basket failure
Customers have reported a problem with this browser that results in the basket's failure to store added items correctly.
3.Order confirmation
The automatic email confirmation once an order has been placed is also not functioning correctly.
We do sincerely apologise for any difficulties you've been caused. Despite the problems, many of you have still been finding a way to place orders and we're extremely grateful for your persistence. We can assure you we're not intentionally trying to make things difficult for you and we have our technical guys working on fixes for the above issues. We hope to have normal service resumed shortly.
