What can I say, every pregnant woman who is interested in what happens to their body both during pregnancy and after giving birth should read this book! Judy DiFiore's book explains the anatomical and physiological changes which take place during pregnancy and offers specific and safe advice on how and when to start exercising after the birth. Judy is the guru of postnatal exercise and a co-founder of the Pushy Mothers buggy workout phenomenon , this is a must read book!
